Fresh, flavorful, and disappears quite quickly!You get quite a bit for the size of the bag. Also as noted by a prior reviewer it smells fishy... because it's literally squid.. I don't understand some people.

Not much to say, it's shredded cuttlefish (or something like that from the ocean) with just a tiny bit of heat. Granted the heat surprised me cause it wasn't on the stuff I grew up with in Hawaii. But all the others on Amazon are CRAZY expensive. Still I like the taste. And yes I know about the micro plastics ... I'm old anyway. I wonder if that teflon stuff burns when they cremate u.

Very tasty stuff! I wanted to try some since it's been over a decade since I've had dried squid, and I wasn't disappointed. I'd say my only complaints were that it was a bit too thin and stringy, had a weird coating that gave it a powdery(?) initial texture, and has a strong taste despite it being "unflavored" but said flavor was nice. It wasn't too smelly at all, and overall I'm happy with its quality and how long it lasted for its price!

Bag was much bigger than expected, very good. Obviously tastes fishy, like squid.. so.. if you like fishy you’ll probably like this.Only complaint is that it has a sort of chalky(?) texture on the outside. It makes my teeth feel weird. Not weird enough to keep me from consuming it though.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this exact item, brand and everything once before and when I bought it the first time it was the yellow color I expected and it tasted fine. This second time I bought it it was a weird dark orange-reddush-brown color and it tastes gross!! Same, flavor, same brand, same size and it is completely different and gross. This concerns me. I have no idea what they are doing to it. Be cautious ⚠️! I just threw my bag in the trash. Complete waste of money and NOT eligible for return/refund.

I hadn't had dried squid in years and was really craving it. Unfortunately, I no longer live anywhere near an Asian grocery store so I can't find it locally, so I looked online for it. If you like dried squid, you'll probably like this. Like most types of dried squid, it lists salt and sugar as ingredients, but the sweetness is not overpowering. It tastes like squid, but I assume that if you are looking at dried squid, you like the seafood taste of it.This is also a nice, big bag. It's hard to even find a bag of beef jerky this size for this price, so it seems like a pretty good deal for squid, which is a bit harder to find than beef jerky. I used this in some recipes, but mostly I just like munching on it, like you would much on beef jerky for a snack. Recommended, and I will definitely buy more once I finish this bag! I love squid!

I fell in love with squid jerky after my sister brought them to me from a trip to Japan. So, I went online and looked for more. They're a good source of protein when you need protein; I lift and sometimes I run out of prepped foods. But I should have looked at the nutrition label before buying these. These are more carbs than protein. I guess they use a lot of sugar when making them. They were also semi-hard. The ones I had from Japan were soft.
