Maybe my expectations were too high, I'd wanted this BBQ for quite some time. This is an overpriced item, so I expected the quality to be top-notch, but unfortunately, that's not the case.I received a chipped fire ring (internal ceramic part) and one missing screw.After contacting customer service and providing all the requested proof and details, they basically said, "tough luck." Hopefully, the emails will be enough proof to get a replacement if the fire ring cracks and I'm unable to use the BBQ altogether, as this item should have a lifetime warranty (for manufacturing issues).To sum up, I'm removing a star due to the price, another due to the quality of materials and quality control, and another due to the poor customer service.

Outstanding service from Kamado BONO. After Tuffnells said they had tried to deliver when they hadn't, and then when they came back, expected someone to help lift a 60Kg crate, with pallet, off the back of a lorry because they came without a tail lift.Kamado BONO chose to recall the delivery and bring it themselves. The driver couldn't have been more helpful, punctual and courteous.The following day I unpacked the unit only to find that the fire box had cracked. Within 2 and a half hours of me reporting this to them (on a Friday afternoon) they had another one delivered to my house. Set the unit up for me and even brought me a small present to apologise for the difficulties I had had with delivery.Having spent time in distribution of heavy equipment, I understand that there are often problems once a unit is put on the transport. It is how a company rectifies the situation that makes the difference. I can assure you that the way my issue has been dealt with has been first class.Thank you Kamado BONO, your customer service is 5 star, and I will definitely buy my next egg (different size) through you guys.

This is a great quality grill. I just don't know why I didn't buy Kamado Bono earlier. The food prepared there is simply amazing. Thank you Kamado Bono. Recomended 100%
