I love my Anolon cookware! When I needed a new springform pan, Analon was the natural choice. Let me tell you, I was not disappointed! The spring mechanism is strong and solid. This pan will last a long time. The non-stick finish is smooth and lives up to its claims. I recommend this springform pan and all Analon products.

This is a very high quality springform pan. Substantial, solid and well designed, I am sure this will be the last springform pan I ever need to purchase. Far superior to the one it is replacing and well worth the price.

Like all my other Anolon pans I have I love this pan. Everything I have bought of this Anolon is a great product and does everything they say it will do. It’s nonstick dishwasher safe and doesn’t scratch. All around great quality products! I am buying one at a time until I get them all.

I purchased this pan for a Pineapple Upside-Down Cheesecake and it worked fine. As other customers say, there was a little leakage but nothing too serious.(I just put a cookie sheet on the rack below to catch the drippings). I don't know if the manufacturer can resolve this as it is two pieces of metal they are trying to get a waterproof seal on. The leakage was minimal. The best part was the clean up. It was a breeze! Nothing stuck. It released very well from the cake itself. So, in closing, for the money this was a great buy. When they can get it one-hundred per cent waterproof, I'll give it 5 stars. What a wonderful product. For more years than I can count, I have been making New York style cheesecake (the one that calls for 2 1/2 lbs of cream cheese), with O.K. results, using my old aluminum spring form pan. Finally it gave way, thank goodness, so I bought this Analon pan. It works very well, cheese cake cooks more evenly, with less cracking. I didn't even wrap it and put it into a pan of water, and the cheese cake turned out perfectly, cooked evenly. I used to wrap and sumerge my old thin aluminum once in a while, but found it to be too much trouble most of the time. With this pan, you don't have to worry about it, it cooks evenly without the water bath. I am also replacing the old aluminum pan in our winter home. I don't make cheesecake all that often, but when I do I want it to turn out perfectly. The ingredients are pricey, so it is worth it to have the best pan for the job.

Great set of non-stick baking pans. I hand wash mine to prevent mild rust from forming in dishwasher use. Easy to clean.
