I got this for simple work stuff, to manage orders and other things i have to do with my job. It’s perfect for the basic things! I have no complaints, basically in excellent condition and holds a charge amazingly, i don’t have to charge it often.

The computer arrived on time and was exactly what I wanted to purchase. When turning it on it would not boot up, and trying several different chargers I was able to get it to take a charge but the battery very quickly died. After a few more attempted I was able to get it to charge some, but again the battery died too quickly. I returned the computer and followed their instructions on how to ship it back to them. After a few days a refund was not given back. I have communicated with the seller times, providing several different passwords to help them "restore" the computer and still no refunds have been given, but there have been plenty of excuses from them. Amazon has been all but impossible to work with to get them to help with the seller.

I was so iffy about buying something refurbished but let me tell you! This laptop looks almost brand new! A few scratches by the mouse part but nothing I can’t just cover! Seriously for the price im in love! Also fast shipping too!

This computer was in perfect condition, it has been working like it’s brand new. i have zero complaints about it. and the shipping was crazy fast! definitely a great first computer for college students.

Alittle damaged as far key board is concerned.

If I could give zero stars I would! Received my laptop and the Touch Bar one of the reasons I purchased it was broken.. It also had a big dent on the backside of it. For paying almost 500$ to receive this quality…I wouldn’t wish it upon anyone. This all doesn’t include the terrible battery life this computer has.. it has to stay on the charger in order to work. I usually do not buy refurbished anything for this reason. I believed the false advertising that said it was in excellent condition and got scammed. I tried to return the laptop and cannot get a hold of the company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOUR TRYING TO GET RIPPED OFF!

Está buena, un golpe en la parte de abajo de la pantalla y en la esquina. La batería necesita servicio pero aparte de eso todo bien.

Trae desgaste en el teclado muy visible, de estética le doy un 6 la verdad me decepciono bastante puesto que también solo trae un cargador genérico, esperemos que no deje de funcionar.
