Amazon Basics 100% Cotton Hand Towels, Fade-Resistant, Soft and Absorbent, 16 x 26 inches, White, 6-Pack

They come sealed in a vacuum plastic bag and box. In order to inspect them for flaws and use them they have to be laundered. They fluff up quite nicely when washed and dried. The decorative band does shrink a little, but it can be stretched back out when folded. The color only faded a little bit during the first wash. Time will tell how much more, or if they will fade. I own a set of black fade resistant, black wash cloths that have been washed dozens od times and have faded very little. It says "fade resistant", not "fade proof". Upon close inspection I didn't find any flaws, except over run stitching on the ends, which i carefully trimmed shorter. My biggest objection is the large "AMAZON BASIC" white tag on each towel. It's made of some kind of fabric that feels like stiff paper. Hopefully it gets softer with continued washing. My towels are black and the tags are white so they are hard to ignore. The size of each item is generous. The quality is great for such a good deal. I bought another brand at twice the price and returned them because of snags on 3 towels. These didn’t have any snags. There was quite a bit of lint, but I expected it from the first washing of all 18 pieces at one time. They are quite fluffy and seem like they will be absorbent. I recommend these towels.

Some pretty good hand towels you got there, Amazon. They have held up pretty good with the torture they receive in this kitchen. Theyre wet more than they are dry 😄 They wash up nicely in the washer, doesnt hang on to smelly smell smells. People that complain about picks and loose strings…..theyre hand towels! They arent going to stay “whole” if you’re using them. Ive found, personally, that when they get worn in, they dry even better. 🤷🏻‍♀️ What can I say, I know what I know and now you know. Im happy with them. They soak up a lot of water, stay soft throughout the use u til thry get thrown into the wash to do it all over again. The size is right, the colors are right. I would buy them again

Decent price. Soft material but only issue is as others have stated. Lots of lint, so wash them 2 times before using. Otherwise good for the price.

This towel set is very nice. Soft and strong, each piece is nice and big. Survived the washer 'n dryer, several uses and cycles, remaining like new. Glad I bought this.

This set is nicer than the Walmart or towels I would typically buy. Happy with the size, thickness, softness & absorbency. I also bought a set of these in black. Happy with purchase & may just replace all my household towels.

These are perfect for my husband's bathroom! Rich dark color and thick as well as good size for the mainly hands! I didn't ask him if he wanted new towels, but he got them anyway and he didn't argue when he saw them! They are very nice quality!

When I opened the box these towels smelled awful! I don’t know if it was the packaging or what, but I immediately threw them into the washing machine. They are the quality of towels I would expect at this price point. Not very fluffy or soft, but they get the job done and replaced my old stained and torn ones. Overall satisfied with my purchase. Update: #1 my lint trap was absolutely filled to the brim after drying them (bad sign) #2 they left little lint balls all over my skin and floating in my bath. Not great quality towels for sure.

I like its quality. Thickness and size is great and enough for one person (of course it depends on tastes). There’s variety of colours and they stand many washes.
