Two CD set. 2018 collection. Comprised of 22 tracks Decades is a compilation spanning the bands prolific 20 year history with tracks from classic albums like Angels Falls First, Once, Dark Passion Play and more. Nightwish has a very loyal and active social network database with over 4.5 million Facebook likes, 192 thousand followers on Twitter, and 153 thousand subscribers on YouTube. Nightwish is a symphonic metal band from Kitee, Finland. The band was formed in 1996. Nightwish's music has been described as "bombastic heavy, symphonic and cinematic, with keyboards and strings creating a gothic atmosphere". The band's music is known to be complex and layered. Their approach is epic, theatrical and operatic. Review: Greatest From One Of The Best Bands In The World - A great double comp record for newcomers as well as established fans. I understand not all of their greatest could be included because that would take at least another disc. The record is well balanced covering all three lead singers of the band. They could also release a disc of tracks not included on records but were singles like Sagan and others. You really see the development of the band from the early stages to their current awesome sound. So many other bands have followed in their footsteps but there is only one Nightwish. Review: Great Album , love it - I've always liked nightwish but kinda lost contact with there songs for a few years. I heard a song via YouTube that I loved and decided to look on desertcart for it. I'm really pleased that I find this album I think I love every song to which is a first. I've usually bought CDs for one or 2 songs which is a waste do I stopped buying them. Fantastic album and love the songs. I'm glad I bought it

Symphonic Metal At Its Finest
Decades is a greatest hits compilation that covers Nightwish's entire history. This means that we get songs sung by Tarja Turunen, Anette Olzon, and Floor Jansen. They all sound amazing and who your favorite is really comes down to just personal preference IMO. Nightwish is the best example of symphonic metal out there and anyone that is wanting to check them out but isn't sure where to begin should start right here. Recommended!

Fantastic compilation from a fantastic band
Nightwish is probably my favorite band right now. Their mix of metal and classical, and the motifs they use and the true poetry in their lyrics combined with their unique instrumentation on their latest albums has created a synergy unlike anything else in the musical world. All three lead singers they've used have been great in their own ways, and this album has chosen the songs that best exemplify each one's talents and strengths.

Great compilation!
Great collection of Nightwish music. I purchased this for in my car so I wouldn't have to carry so many disks. If you are just starting to listen to Nightwish this is a great starting point

Nice release by Nightwish. It seems they put out more compilation albums than they do full albums. Oh well. Comparing the tracks on this release to their original versions, it would seem they have remastered some of their older work which is nice, I suppose. Hard to tell when comparing the tracks from EFMB. Whether you are a die-hard fan and collector or a casual listener discovering Nightwish, this album is worth having.

Perfect rollercoaster ride from the first Nightwish demo track that started the Vehicle of Spirit rolling right up to the great masterpiece that is The Greatest Show on Earth. Fantastic selection of golden oldies right up to the most recent album. Perfect to see how the band has evolved and the twists and turns each singer has brought to the sound but still the essence of Tuomas and his magnificent musical talent shines through from the first note to the last. If you are a fan then get this.

大作のThe Greatest Show On Earthから始まるのは賛否両論があると思われるが、Disc2枚を通して統一感が感じられる好盤。
