Keeps My Marble Kitchen Pristine
I’ve been using Miracle Sealants 511 Impregnator on my marble kitchen counters every year, and it’s a lifesaver! It protects against stains and water damage while keeping the natural shine of the marble intact. Easy to apply, no odor, and my counters look flawless after four years. Highly recommend for yearly marble maintenance Also used it once on grout and it seals very well.

A little goes a long way
This sealer is easy to use and does a great job. We purchased a pint for a 65 sq ft backsplash and a 20 sq ft. shower floor. When I saw the bottle I thought we'd need more for sure, but a little goes a long way! I would say we used a 1/4 cup to seal the 20 sq. ft. shower floor. It was easy to apply, wait and wipe off the excess.I gave it 4 stars as it has a very strong smell. We have pets and kids so we applied it at bedtime when everyone would be in their rooms. Closed all the doors and opened the window in the bathroom overnight. We haven't applied it to the backsplash yet, as that is a bigger job we will have to plan for.As for price - I think it's a fair price for a good quality sealant. A pint might seem small but it will cover a lot. If I bought the next size up it would be a waste of product and money.Updated March 12,2023 - we sealed the kitchen backsplash, 65 square. ft. of dolomite marble and it looks great. It was quick and easy to do ourselves. After both projects there is more than 1/3 of the bottle left. Using the sealer in in big open space we didn’t have the same issue with a strong smell - it was totally fine and didn’t bother us, the kids or our pets at all.

Works well
I recently used Miracle Sealants 511 Impregnator on my tile project, and overall, I’m really pleased with the results. The application was straightforward and easy; I just brushed it on, let it sit, and wiped off the excess with no issues. There was hardly any odor, and cleanup was quick. Most importantly, it actually works as described. Water beads right up on the surface, and I’ve noticed that dirt and stains don’t stick to my grout like they used to. It gives me peace of mind knowing my floors are protected. The only thing I noticed was a slight change in the color of my grout. It went from a true tan to more of a yellowish tan after sealing. It’s not dramatic, but if you have lighter grout, it’s something to keep in mind. Still, I’d recommend this product for anyone looking for an effective and easy-to-use sealer.

Strong scent
Strong scent, can be unbearable so ensure you wear a mask. I noticed after I use it on my tiles and grout lines it made my grout appear darker

511 Impregnator Sealer Used On Exterior Limestone Blocks
The 511 Impregnator Sealer from this seller is an excellent value when compared to local stores who sell the same product. My intended application for the sealer is to seal limestone (white) blocks for prevention of moisture absorption. The blocks (exterior yard application) look great when first set but are quick to absorb moisture, and over time black mold appears which cannot be removed. Consequently, the beauty of the garden is quickly tarnished once this occurs.I called the manufacturer of the 511 sealer and explained that my intended purpose is to apply the sealer to exterior limestone blocks to prevent moisture absorbtion in an outdoor setting. They said it would achieve my purpose and suggested using at least two coats of the sealer. I first brushed the blocks with a stiff bristle brush to remove surface dust and then applied the sealer liberally to the limestone blocks. I allowed several hours between coat application on a 80 degree day.The optimal method for applying the sealer is with a 3 inch cheap paint brush dipping sealer out of a one quart plastic paint container. The sealer goes on effortlessly. I coated the top and one exterior side. I coated 60 linear feet x 8" height of limestone blocks using the one gallon product. I had over a quart of sealer left upon completion. I had a concern that the blocks would yellow or darken after the application. However, I was pleased that the original white was maintained after the sealer dried.I will follow-up on this 12/17/21 review in May / June 2022 for the purpose of how effective the product was for maintaining the original appearance of the limestone.May 2024I am following up on a review done in 2021 concerning the performance of the 511 Impregator sealer. I applied this great sealer to limestone blocks some three years ago and amazingly no fungus, mold or other has grown on the limestone blocks placed in my wife's garden. They have retained their nice white appearance over the years. I highly recommend this sealer.
