Q: long will these peppers last in oil as other reviewers suggested to and how to storehow them if i drain vinegar and pack in oil?

The batch of peppers I drained and packed in olive oil lasted at least 6 months with no apparent loss of quality. By the time I used the last of the peppers after 9-10 months, they were losing color and getting softer. The peppers were stored in a kitchen cabinet

Q: Should these be refrigerated?

I used mine to make a chili infused olive oil and I did not refrigerate it. This is what’s left.

Q: Can this be added to rice ?

Absolutely. You can add these to most anything!

Q: I noticed that roland calabrian chili peppers have wine vinager! does this mean they have alchol?

No. There is no alcohol. The vinegar preserves the chilis. These chilis are very spicey and small and they have a vinegar taste to them. I used them to spice up some items that I pickled and canned at home and they worked well. A little goes a long way.
