🌴 NABÜR SUMAC GROUND - Fruity and naturally acidic, sumac is perhaps the most well-known and used Middle Eastern spice. It comes from a shrub belonging to the family of Mangiers or Pistachios. This shrub can reach 4 meters high. On it grows small red brick berries that we will crush and then dry, this is how we get sumac. Origin: Turkey
