All the kid smart watches had games on them and had bad reviews so i thought i'd get a better one. First of all, the band doesn't come off nor does it have enough holes for it to fit a small wrist person. I have a tiny wrist and it did not fit me either. It works okay. The phone call works and links fine. I don't like how it goes by 24 time instead of 12 and it doesn't give you an option. I can't really return because I had tried to make my own holes so it could fit my daughter's wrist. Also I saved my number on the watch and when I tested it and called my daughters phone, only my phone number popped up and not my mine even though I had saved my name and number on the watch. I would of been better off buying her a regular digital watch. I only wanted to get her a smart watch because I don't let her have her phone all the time but if she had the watch on and I call her, she would know to pick up her phone because the phone is at home and she's home so it would still link. Probably never buying one of these off brand smart watches again. It's either pay a lot on a smart watch or just buy a regular digital watch for a kid.

Do not buy for a kid

DOES NOT WORK
I ordered one, charged it and started to configure it. The screen went dead. I got a very quick and easy replacement and the same thing happened. DO NOT BUY!

Where’s the app I go to the website and it’s all game downloads
Ok so this is my first smart watch, apparently it’s smarter than me. I can not find the app..... I’ll have my 70 year old geek dad figure it out I guess.

Not very new tech
It wasn't very new tech. It didn't count calories or steps or sleep. I just want very impressed, also the first one came cracked, they were very quick to send replacement but when I realized it wasn't what I was looking for I returned the second as well and never heard back. Had to contact Amazon to get my refund.

Garbage
Stay away. The watch has no gps tracking spec. It works like a phone but definitely not a watch for tracking kids.

the band broke within 4 days, and the program you need to download is not english. kept changing time.
