Arrived on time. This is much better than the awful sachets we can buy in this country for cystitis symptoms. I first tried this on holiday in Germany. If I start taking it at the first sign of cystitis symptoms it's the only thing that gives me a chance of not needing antibiotics.

They work well. One star reduced because they often arrive with open or squeezed packs, but tablets are still new, and expiry date is good.

Tablets arrived today. I was not expecting the full instructions for taking the tablets to be in the Polish language when I had ordered for the UK - I don’t speak Polish. The tiny sheet the company have made up which was enclosed with English instructions is not good enough as it doesn’t give the full instructions for taking the medication. I am definitely NOT a happy customer because now I feel unsure about taking the tablets without seeing the full instructions in English from the company who manufactured them - these definitely should have been enclosed.
