Q: Is this for the Flex or Firm hairspray? The title says Firm, but the photo shows Flex.

If you read the fine print, it says firm hold. This is very good hairspray..

Q: Quick question, is this spray for females only? or this can be unisex?

I usually get mine rightaway.... I am a Prime Member, though, if that makes a difference.

Q: Is this good to hold curls?

In my opinion it is good to hold curls and body. I live in Texas and about 90% of the time it is very humid here. On super humid days I usually do one light spray with the 54 firm hold, let it dry completely then spray 2 light sprays with the 54 natural hold allowing the spray to dry completely each time. It works great and feels very natural - not stiff, sticky or heavy. On less humid days a couple light sprays of the 54 Natural works fine. I might also add that my hair is very fine and hard to hold curl and body. I love the Chi hair spray and have used it for about 5 years. I haven't found anything else that compares. If you live in a less humid climate you should have no problem holding curls with the Chi 54 Natural hold.
