I have been taking this D3 supplement for almost a year and I have absolutely noticed positive results. I feel better I have more energy. I recently had a physical and the dr did a blood test and my D level was 61! These supplements are absolutely absorbing into my system and they are working! These supplements are a great price. The size of the soft gel is medium small easy to swallow there is virtually almost no stickiness of the soft gels. I feel like my immune system is stronger for taking D3. I definitely recommend it to anyone.

The flavor is pleasing without being overwhelming. I really like these supplements and there's no doubt I'll be continuing them as I'm experiencing very positive results.

I am a person who year round, absolutely HATES going outside, ESPECIALLY in the hot summer, in the sun. I stay indoors about 95% of the entire year and especially avoid going outside in the hot temperatures. So therefore, my vitamin D levels are usually very low. Using this as a replacement for going outside in the sun every day is perfect. The only thing I would recommend is taking this with food, otherwise you could get nauseous as I have done so in the past while taking it without eating. Other than that, it works great!
