I agree with the previous answer,modified food starch in No. America is gluten free per several Celiac Disease websites. Even if the manufacturer doesn't specify.

Would these be okay to quickly deep fry?

I don't deep fry any more. The secret is to spray them with the oil spray of your choice and put them in the oven as per the directions. Leave them in a little longer than the directions say, and you'll have a great frozen french fry.

Are the calories for a 3 ounce serving correct?
