this is a good product. i absolutely notice the difference with and without this products dosage. i take one in the morning and one before bed, to let it metabolize for the next day.

This stuff really works. Took about a month to really notice significant memory improvement

I love this ~ who knew I could feel so good?

This product does not seem effective to me. Maybe that's because I don't have much anxiety, however I do notice a definite relaxing effect from 25mg of L-Theanine taken under the same circumstances. So far the only brand of bacopa that has been effective for me is Planetary Herbals, but it's been off the market for some time possibly due to an issue with excessive heavy metals. I've tried a number of stronger nootroprics and generally dislike them for disrupting focus although they could have a use for stimulating creativity.
