These are actually delicious. Expensive, but the serving size of 3 good size crackers is enough. 7grams of protein, 4 grams of fiber and no net carbs. Super clean ingredients- no fillers, just seeds. I had purchased these a couple of years ago, it was likely a different flavor, but I wasn’t impressed. I thought I would give them another try, given they align with how I am eating these days and the “everything” flavor is really delicious. This will be a subscription item going forward.

I was also surprised that they arrived fully intact—not smushed or broken into pieces like other people mentioned. You can actually dip them without them crumbling! I topped mine with chicken salad. Definitely a new staple in my low-carb pantry.

The product taste good but over half of the were broken. For the price you pay; I find this absolutely unacceptable and won't ever be purchasing again.

Need low carb options for my diabetes. These are tasty but VERY expensive, definitely helps with the desire for a crunchy snack. Pairs well with hummus (I always get garlic). The taste is very nutty and for me the sunflower flavor is most prevalent. Because of the cost, these are a rare treat, but will keep on hand.

I love these so much despite the expense. They are super nutritious, crunchy and delicious, filling, and have improved my digestive and bowel health considerably. I love them as is, topped with just about anything, and they’re my favorite crackers to enjoy with sardines. I wish my town had them. That said, this shipment came busted. All three bags were in pieces and despite the separate box and bubble protector, they were packaged with three heavy bottles of olive oil, detergent, and softener. Not smart, Amazon. I’m bummed. I can still sprinkle the pieces into cottage cheese but that’s not why I payed so much for them. I still recommend them if you get whole ones.

I used to eat chips like this when I was vegan. Since I’m doing low carb now, I needed something to eat with my salads and avocados. These are perfect and larger than expected. There’s another company how makes something similar but there’s are very thin and fall apart easily. These are nice and thick and hold up well. I like the bit of flavor each variety has. I ordered the variety pack and am glad I did. Will be buying them again
