I’ve been taking zinc along with a few other supplements as a preventative measure against Covid-19 and found these to be the best value for their strength. Nice and small and are easy to swallow and the other health benefits have been noticeable too.

Good quality zinc
Zinc picolinate is potentially the most absorbable form of zinc. Zinc is essential for the immune system as well as many other functions such as building healthy hair and nails.These seem like good quality capsules.Love Pure Encapsulations products, minimal ingredients and additives, very high quality. You do pay a premium for this brand, but I think it's worth it for peace of mind that you are taking a top quality product.
