Can this be used on the actual eye lid?

I used it above the lid (wouldn't recommend any cremes on actual lid) and under eye.

I think so; I don't currently use the product (daughter bought me fancy stuf!). It's a small jar, but lasts for a long time. You only need a tiny amount of the creme each use. It's a really nice product.
