These are perfect for those who don't do pills well. I notice an uptick in my energy after taking them. They would likely be great for kids too as the taste is amazing. Great quality and outstanding taste!Of dangerous because my kids and I wanted to eat them like candy because they are so so yummy. With four of us using them while fighting and probably using a more than the recommended amount they only lasted a couple weeks but if following the label these would probably last a month for one or two people. I’m not sure if they helped booster immunity, but they were such a treat. I wish we could find fruit snacks that tasted like these. My kids loved the taste and looked forward to eating them so that’s a huge help since some gummy vitamins I have to convince them to eat.

These elderberry gummies taste great. I use them when I'm starting to feel run down or give them to my kids when they are starting to show symptoms of a cold. I was able to find a large value pack at Costco or Sam's Club, buy haven't been able to find that kind of value elsewhere. This is the best value outside of the club stores I can find. I like that he ingredients are things that I understand. The only thing that would be better is if it was USP verified like some other brands.

I have been sick twice since getting what I'm pretty sure was the cerveza virus in 2019. I started taking Elderberry just after that and tried a few different brands. This is by far my favorite. The gummies are delicious and each bottle has been very consistent on texture. I worked in retail for more than a decade so I have a pretty hearty immune system, but I do think these gummies help to fortify it.
