Q: How many bags do you need to hold the sled in place when shooting my 3p0 win mag

This is more of a bag to put on a window seal like of a deer blind to steady your gun on. Not made for lead sled really.

It can be laid out flat. So you have a rest for your barrel.

Q: What is it filled with ?

The bag is filled with what appears to be ceramic cylinders ~1.5 mm in diameter x 1.5 mm thick. The filling is heavy enough for good stability without excessive weight (like sand).

Q: will this work on a normal ground blind, or is it to heavy? and weigh the shooting openings down

It will weigh the shooting openings down a bit but I have used it on a ground blind before.
