Mild
I have a condition rendering me vulnerable to the heat from chillies, and I thought that it was mild! Nice subtle flavours making a really nice quick convenient curry. I find that a sprinkle of Kashmiri chilli powder and garum masala helps this along a treat. Great easy cooking, lazy but lovely.

The only way you will get any more authentic than this is to make it from scratch
I have bought this for a few years now, from tesco and then the local co-op. Been unable to get it the last few weeks so very happy to see this on amazon. Also cheaper than other shops because I normally pay on average about £1.80 a pack. Very good value and superb flavour. The only way you will get any more authentic is to make it from scratch - however, every cookbook or Indian restaurant have their own version of the recipe. Can't go wrong with this,

The Kohinoor range is top class
Had various da IV cues from this range including southern madras this and others sauce are all top class and flavourful.

worked very well.
I think this is equivolent to Bhuna Kosht so i used it that way but with beef instead of lamb or even chicken. It worked very well, but it is very spicy so added a fair bit of yoghurt which worked very well.I would try more of their sauces and price is reasonable as its a big sachet.
