This is a well written, fantastically illustrated book that conveys the basics of vehicle design. A great introduction for people interested in car design / packaging. Only complaint is that the "landscape" format of the book is a little awkward to read.

Got this as a gift for my brother. He absolutely loves it. It won as his best birthday gift, I think. The print quality is great and worth the price.

A must-read book for aspiring and future automotive designers. I wish I had this book 50 years ago when I was a student at the prestigious automotive design school, ArtCenter College of Design. The book was commissioned by ArtCenter to be used by their students years ago. Practicing car designers can use this book to brush up on the basics. Get this book.

This is book is amazing as fan of automotive you can can really learn the fundamental to be a designer, it would be great if we could have some special assignment based to a calendar with a online community, the most important after that it is to get some feed backs about my design...

Wie schon im Titel beschrieben gibt es hier viel wissen in einem Buch. Ich habe noch nicht alles durchgelesen, aber würde es weiter empfehlen, weil es viel wissen beinhaltet.

I come from an engineering background but was always interested in design and packaging of products (mainly automotive). I used many books and tutorials but only 2 stood out, this book and another called "How to Draw". This book has everything you need to know about packaging for different car classes. The only thing I think this book could use more of is a more specific section on Electric vehicles as they are becoming more and more mainstream. Overall I think this book is an absolute must have and an invaluable addition to anyone who is into car design's library.

La editorial hace un buen trabajo. Las ilustraciones ejemplifican muy bien el texto. Es ideal para quienes se inician en el diseño general de la automoción.
