After using the cleaner and waiting 10 minutes I rinsed it with just the flow of water from the garden hose. I allowed to air dry for about 20 minutes then sprayed the refresher on it and then reinstalled it and closed the container. Nothing to it.

Does exactly what you bought it for and is an easy process. Spray the cleaner onto the K&N cabin filter, wait 10 minutes and then rinse it clean. Let it dry (I let it dry overnight) and then spray on the refresher. All done.

The main cleaner bottle pump broke after a few pumps, and the refresher bottle pump locks up after depression. I did myself a favor and bought a set of Chemical Guys spray bottles and poured the contents of this kit into those bottles and labeled them.
