It fits and seals well

All the seals fit perfectly. If you are doing a timing or oil pump related service on your 1st gen Mini this is the set to get. This set does come with an oil pickup tube o-ring. Replacing that particular o-ring requires you pull the oil pan to replace. So it's a bit puzzling that is comes in this kit instead of with the pan gasket.

the gasket set I got today - 5/24/21 - does have the 5 seals pictured. timing cover gasket, crank seal, 2 oil pump seals, and the 5th oring - my guess is this is for the bolt that has a sealing o-ring that's not available seperately. super impressed.

Even comes with a pick up tube o-ring seal. I mean, I am changing the oil pan gasket as well so it's to my benefit. Just weird, but happy to have it.

Good quality, but missing the oil pump seals. The oil pump is attached to the timing cover and the seals are required to reassemble. I had to drive to the nearest dealership to buy these seals before I could replace the cover. So buy these seals if you plan to remove the timing cover.

Mine came with everything pictured timing cover, oil pump gaskets, main seal, and the random little seal. Was a perfect fit. It also came super fast which was great. And if you are doing the timing chain on your r53 you need this.

I initially hesitated when buying this gasket set because there were reviews that it was missing the oil pump seals. Luckily mine came with all the seals in the picture.

I'll start off by saying, I typically like felpro gaskets. This particular purchase however was for a VERY time sensitive project I was overhauling. Overnighted this set for a car that needed to do a 1,400 mile drive the next day. Turned out set did not included all of the pictured oil pump o rings. Ended having to reuse the smashed lifeless old ones with some added sealant... have never felt right about it since..
