I need to cover some holes and powder coat, will it resist cure at 210 degrees?

I'm going to be honest here i realy dont know but from what i know i think it would flake off i have used this stuff for body work and not much heat other then the sun under a black base coat and it go 180 in the sun and it was ok sorry that is all i know one other thing you could try is JB weld it can be heated not sure on how high its a little harder to work with but will fill small holes to and can be sanded smooth ok hope that helps

Can this be used over a little primer or must it all bear metal?

Well if primer is sanded with 80 over bare metal would it not be back down to bare metal after sanded doesn’t make sense

what does non clogging mean?

Probably means doesn’t clog the file or sandpaper as easy. But that’s a matter of degree and when you start working it. Almost every putty will clog on the first strike a little, but won’t continue.
