I was in a search of Hot/Ice water bag bcoz our earlier hot/ice water bag (portable) was damaged. I must say - Kinda!!! we made a good selection and purchase.The quality of the product is very good, and this will strongly last long.Received the product as ordered and without any damage.Budget friendly.The lid is tight enough to hold the water and we didn`t see any leakage as of now.The bag is semi flexible. I must say we cannot expect super flexibility bcoz the type of material used and the quantity of water it holds. So those who are purchasing this product do not expect super flexibility. If you want so, do not fill the bag entirely with water. OR you should buy cloth bag which costs Rs. 250 but did not last long.The bag can cover a larger portion of pain area.We are very happy with our selection, and it serves its purpose.
