Initially I gave this 3 stars because I didn't receive my package, but a neighbor a few blocks away brought them to me - that was a mistake by UPS. None were broken, the packaging is delightful and they are super yummy. I got some from Neiman Marcus for Christmas and they were a tad larger (fatter) but much more expensive. I've notified UPS that I received the package but don't know how to let the Seller know. Hopefully they will be reading the comments.

Products arrived with only 30 days left according to the experation date.ANDCookies were broken.They tasted fine like normal but I didn't really want to pay full price for broken cookies.

These are my favorite cookies in the whole world! Every time I buy them, I get two because that is how quickly I go through them. If you ever wanted to bring a hostess gift to a dinner party this is an excellent choice. First of all it comes wrapped perfectly and professionally. Then when you open it up, it is in a beautiful square blue tin that looks like it has a marbleized pattern and is perfect for recycling. Each of the wafers is individually wrapped, so perfect for serving to your guests (if you really want to share). The one issue I have is that sometimes some of the cookies are broken in two, although that is never a problem for me as I rarely share. Sometimes I will let my husband have a few - but only sometimes. Yes, they are that good.

My dad brought back these things 2 years ago and they were amazing, i found these on here and they’re the exact same thing. Don’t listen to the other people complaining about broken on delivery, it’s being shipped from japan of course some are going to get broke, a couple of mine were, they come in a tin box like what some cookies come in. What do they taste like? They melt in your mouth and they taste like a fortune cookie that’s had some suger added to them, don’t let that discourage you if you don’t like fortune cookies, that’s just what they taste like to me and remind me of, I would highly recommend these, when I got them they were almost gone in 3 days. 10/10 would recommend

These are delicate, yummy sugar cookies, in the form of cigars. They are individually wrapped, which is great for freshness, and great with tea or coffee. I was first introduced to them when a colleague from our Tokyo office brought them as a gift. I was excited to find that Amazon carried them too, in the international food section. Some have complained that they arrived broken. While disappointing, it is understandable given how delicate they are. So far mine have come in good condition. If you have a couple of broken ones don’t sweat it. It just means you get to eat them right away :)

These were exactly the cookies I was looking for for My Valentine. Unfortunately all of the cookies were broken when they were opened on Valentine's Day. Thankfully they were not all crumbs, but they certainly weren't whole. These are incredibly difficult to find, so unfortunately, you have to take what you can get - but it would be nice to order cookies that don't come in pieces.
