so far I really like it. I read reviews about flimsy plastic tab and how they broke. So I was careful. all went well. Question if 1 light goes out, do all lights go out?. can bulbs be replaced?

We have this hanging at the peak of the garage, in a wooden star. I enjoy it a lot!

We had the smaller star for about 18 years before it died. I love that this one is much brighter and larger! We have it hanging on the wall of our porch and feel the star "says it all"! I do wish it was sturdier but if we can get another 18 years out of this one, I'll be very pleased!

I was disappointed in the construction of this star, it is very flimsy & the joints will have to be reinforced to keep them open. It won't work on the pole I had hoped to use it on but would work hanging from a wall. the lights are bright and it does fold up nicely for storage.

Excellent product. Wish I had read instructions, broke a couple of the holding tabs as I opened it up.

The LED lights are nice and white --- replaced my failing, old miniature light star the neighborhood always looks for.

Perfect for what it was intended for.The star snapped together easily . . . and while definitely a bit flimsy, if handled with a bit of care, will hang beautifully. It looked remarkable as part of this year's holiday decorations. The built-in hinges made it quite easy to fold-up the star and store afterwards.The price, IMHO was a bit high for the kind of manufacturing quality you receive. However, overall the star did just what I wanted and looked ever so striking! It was definitely the "star of the show"!

Purchased this as a replacement for a standard bulb star that fizzled. This appears to have the same construction as another smaller star that we already own and like. Much easier to assemble than the previous star that required screws. You simply snap plastic fittings in place. Other reviews have noted that these did not work for them. Mine worked fine out of the box, time will tell how long they last, but tape or zip ties are cheap enough that the easy of disassembly and storage make up for it. The LED lights have a different appearance than the standard, which other reviews have noted. This will have to be a personal preference. So far so good. Would have gotten 5 stars, but I purchased after the holidays and have not actually used it yet.
