Don't know for sure, I got it for a Thinkpad Lenovo Laptop, but it should work with any windows 10 laptop

Does this support bluetooth connectivity without the need for the dongle?

No, it uses a dongle but - and this is the great design feature of the dedicated Lenovo computer - the computer has a hidden USB port that the dongle connects to. I use mine in a 'Thinkbook' and the dongle is in its hidden USB under the right hand edge of the laptop. It only connects when the battery-powered mouse is switched on. As my laptop uses biometrics to turn on (my unique fingerprint) I don't have trouble with other users using the same Bluetooth waveband. What the range of the Bluetooth is I do not know.

Brilliant, up and running in seconds

I had dropped and damaged my old mouse and needed a new one. I hadn't realised how badly my old one was working until I started using this and now I'm zipping around the screen and going where I want to go again. It comes with a battery supplied, which you have to fit and a small USB dongle which goes into a port on your computer/laptop and that's it. It's immediately good to go, no going into settings and installing or any faffing, it's literally battery in, dongle in, switch on under the base and you're off. It is a little more expensive than some but it's reliable and accurate and my first choice of mouse.
