Very helpful when building strength in your fingers!
My fingers often cramp up from playing guitar (I mostly play drums, but here we are) and this was recommended to me, it works wonderful! Very thankful for ordering this.

Not for little hands
Must have wide fingers to function the product

Disappointed
Springs were very thin and weak in tension. Requested return label and never received it, I am disappointed with this seller, I owned a D’Addario hand grip exerciser but it was purchased at a music store.
