Great vitamins easy to swallow

Worth every penny! As I've gotten older, I realize how important vitamins are and these are very good quality!

After viewing the vitamin and mineral ingredient list on several vitamins, I chose this as one of the best balanced vitamin available. I especially like that is does not contain calcium and copper. Many do, however, if there is magnesium in the vitamin (as there most often is), the calcium competes with it and they have a canceling effect. The same is true with zinc and copper. It is easier to supplement separately with calcium and copper. These do appear to be very good vitamins. However, after ordering and taking them, I did not feel the best. Was struck with nausea and bloating. What I neglected to do is read the filler ingredients. I have a high sensitivity to maltodextrin and this is a filler used in this vitamin. For all the persons sensitive to polysaccharides, diabetics and Low Fodmap people, be cautious since the amount of this additive seems significant. My mistake — otherwise a great multi

Best vitamin supplement I have taken. On diet meds so this is definitely replacing things I am not long getting or not getting enough of. Have it delivered on a schedule. The smell and taste is terrible but works great.

I prefer this one over the capsules or the one per day because there smaller and allow more flexibility in dosing if I so choose to twice a day them. The one per days are horse pills lol. My only complaint is they contain no calcium or copper… technically has calcium phosphate but low b/a. Can’t beat this multi for money tho.
