Mine expired in 4/2017 and I am still using it. I keep it in the fridge. OPEN bottles degrade pretty quickly. I also dont see any reason that it cant be frozen

Q: I live in the pnw and remember my step mom's calamandon marmalade. could this be used with a "basic" orange marmalade recipe for that wonderful flavor

I think it would work well for that. I use it mostly for easy Calamansi noodles and chicken. Annoying that most recipes say to substitute lime juice for this. Once you taste it you know lime juice ISNT a substitute at all.

Its a puree but nothing even close to their Juice you buy at the grocer... More along the lines of bottled lemon juice.
