All principles of high intensity are clearly explained.You can learn proper form and great insight into how this principles work.Mike has given a well documented routine.He explains the importance of rest and Resistance.You will get inspired by the motivational chapter from mentzer. Mentzer provides very low volume but very high intensity workout's.You will learn all principles like following a bible of HIT.I wonder how may times i come back to this book.It surely has stood it's ground.. Pros Real scientific insight. Well documented.

HIT is a "hit".
Mike Mentzer is a legend and his approach speaks volumes about him . Would definitely recommend for someone who had already hit a saturation point while training or not able to get results even after one or two year post training, off course some Care should be taken while applying his methods .
