I see so many useless lousy reviews of "Doesn't work" or "waste of Money". I don't know why those people waste their time and ours since the review isn't worth a damn anyway so there's no point to even posting it. If you're going to review don't waste our time with your crappy review. Put some details in it why it was good or not good.With that said here's my very long review.I was a tight 36in waist in my jeans and getting ready to move up to 38's. I was 205lbs at 5'9" when I bought this back in November 2019 and will say this worked well for me. It may not work for all but did for me. You just have to find what works for you.******Also keep in mind this is only an assistant/Aide. You MUST also be on a low carb and/or lower calorie diet to engage loss. Exercise is also a big plus. You can't just take this and think it's a magic pill/powder to lose weight on it's own.***- The taste wasn't too bad but not too good either. A sour orange-ish flavor so I preferred mixing with crystal light. My goal was fat/weight loss so I wasn't concerned with ketone strips or testers which help track ketosis. My results would be visual and felt in my clothes if this worked.- I started with a full scoop in the AM and one in the afternoon before exercising which was 5 x a week with typically two days off. By day 2 I had some stomach/bowel discomfort so I changed to 1/2 scoop servings.- No more discomfort and after week 1 I changed to taking 1/2 scoop in the morning before work and 1/2 scoop before bed. I figured exercise would engage its own burn cycle and the serving before bed would keep that going.After week two I was down 5lbs (200lbs) and approximately 1 inch off my waist. Probably mostly water weight right now. I used a digital scale and gauged fat loss by how my clothes fit. My size 36 pants were not tight but slightly loose. I was halfway through the tub and wanted this to last longer than two more weeks so now I started taking this only on exercise days.After week 3 I was down 9lbs (196lbs) and my 36in pants were loose but still couldn't get in my 34's. Still I was so stoked at this point. I had not been in size 34 pants since the 80's and I'm also seeing a physical change in my shape. The positive attitude is like WOW!!After week 4 I was only 10lbs down (195lbs) which was bummer but I could now squeeze into my 34's although I still couldn't wear them without being uncomfortable.After week 5 I was down 12lbs(193lbs) and fit into my 34's. I still wasn't as comfortable or free moving as I wanted to be but I could still wear them. Sitting was still not totally comfortable.At the end of week 7 (Yea I lost track somewhere) I was out of my Ketosene XL down 15lbs to (190lbs) and...I'm was now wearing my 34's to work!! That was a super rush not being able to do that in 35 years!So, Like I said before this worked for me really well even in 1/2 doses. That might be something to think about when looking at product/servings. Anyway I give this a straight up 5.Updated Note: Since Covid came in and hit like a wrecking ball closing the gyms I'm back up to 210lbs and going between 36 and 38in pants depending on jeans or dress. I dropped it before so I'll be heading to the re-order aisle to do to all over again!!!

In terms of a viable and effective BHB formula this is the best bang for your buck. In addition its actually very palatable compared to straight unflavored BHB salts which are perhaps the worst-tasting thing to ever hit my tongue. I can't comment on its flavor vs other brands but its good enough to quickly chug and not gag. Keeps me mentally sharp and helps with intermittent fasting blues/fatigue and gives me the mental energy I seem to lack when fasting. Great product.

My second order of Ketosene from vitamonk and they work just like advertised. They taste good too, the tangy orange is delicious, not as delicious as the pineapple coconut flavor, but I think that's just my preference.And maybe I'm exaggerating on the delicious, but they do taste good and I enjoy drinking them. Only a couple years ago all the exogenous ketones I tried tasted awful.

When I reach in to get a scoop it has a sharp edge that is very painful and I can't reach the product when it gets low. It's so sharp it can cut me. I never seen a container like this it's dangerous.

One star for offering moneyback guarantee. One star for flavor. It was actually very tasty. Not orange as advertised but it WAS good. The problem was that although I ate barely any carbs and I drank the powder(+water) and excercised, I never got into ketosis. I even bought fresh ketone test strips. Never got there so as far as I can tell, it didn't work for me.

I like the formula of this product. I'm not s huge fan of the taste but it tolerable. The products seems to be working so far and I'll leave an update after the bottles are finished.

I tried the pineapple coconut flavor first and liked it but this one is much better in my opinion. The effects are the same. Clean and clear-headed energy. Great for workouts. It helps me get through the day when I am sleep deprived. Overall great product and great company.

Tastes good and drives my ketone level a few stages higher. I know the effect is temporary, but I take it more as a supplement for the potasium and other ketosis supporting minerals. Only pain point is the cost.
