If you're intolerant to gluten, definitely worth a try!
These were bought for my husband, he is not a Coeliac negative result, unlike his brother and sister who are Coeliac, but he is very very sensitive to gluten, He's a chef and he loves eating, bread and pizza being his favourite. He first tried these out on a 16inch pizza, go big or go home he said! He ate the whole thing, logic being if they didn't work he would have to throw the leftovers, he didn't get any bloating, chronic gas or instantaneous toilet needing! Life changing! He did however still get the after affects of gluten come out through his skin later in the week, like it would usually if he had consumed gluten. The next test was to see how much gluten he could eat in a day, the tablets can be taken a maximum of three times a day according to the instructions, he was fine with the lunch time dose of gluten, no issues, but for the dinner time dose, they didn't work quite aswell for his body, he had bloating, stomach ache and the toilet was his companion the next day. So for him and his body one dose of gluten and a tablet in a day is enough. This is not the tablets fault. The next test which will be conducted at home, will be a pint of ale, that historically is a pint of liquid fire, but he wants to give his body a break! Would he recommend them? Yes, because for one meal it opens up lots of possibilities and makes life a little easier and offers more choice for him. Honestly a little life changing for him, also potentially worth taking when you order gluten free, but their allergen knowledge seems ambiguous. Not for Coeliacs, cannot stress that enough.

Takes away 70% of symptoms, currently buying more
I went to a bbq and had 2/3 sausage barms and was fine granted I also took CBD but I’ve never been able to stomach bread before getting these I’m only writing this review as I’m getting another box so over all happy, bathroom runs are still needed but no where near as frequent and not painful at all with the pills so honestly it helps by say 60/70% which is better than never enjoying bread, couldn’t be used as a cure but defiantly good for treating yourself to a cheat day

Genuinely effective, genuinely surprised
Well knock me sideways and play me like a didgeridoo, i did not expect this to work. I expected hours of pain, bloating, cramps, shortness of breath - the usual post gluten symptoms, and a hole in my bank account to match the product. But I'll be damned, it did what it said on the tin. Tested it with little things, a pork pie one day, maybe a sausage the next. No pain. Just been on a picnic. A normal, non gluten free picnic with normal non gluten free foods, and the suffering isnt here. I wouldnt rely entirely on it, i would have a rest between deliberately poisoning yourself in the name of happiness. Dont want to tempt fate. Also your mileage with the product may vary, so for God's dake test it on small stuff before you attack an entire pizza.

Promised Freedom. Delivered Regret.
I bought these hopeful little tablets in the dream that I could one day face a bread roll without discomfort. The reviews were glowing, the packaging confident, and I genuinely believed this could be the start of a new life involving toast, crumpets, and possibly a croissant if I felt dangerous. Reader, I was wrong. Tried once. Disaster. Tried twice, thinking perhaps the planets were misaligned the first time. Still disaster. Tried a third time because apparently I am an optimist or a fool. Result: Me, curled up on the sofa feeling like an overcooked brussel sprout that has been left on the Christmas table too long. Dramatic belly. Regret. Absolutely no gluten glory. To summarise: Does it let me eat bread? No. Does it let me feel like I have eaten bread? Yes, in the worst possible way. I wanted wheat-based freedom. What I got was digestive warfare.

They really do work!
A game changer! I get terrible cramps and almost instant diarrhoea if I have any gluten, even a tiny bit, so I was a bit dubious about these tablets. I needn’t have worried, because WOW THEY REALLY DO WORK! If anything, they’ve made my digestion better! I’ve enjoyed pastry, real bread, chow mein from the Chinese, spring rolls, Pringles!! Oh how I’ve missed gluten! I’m not having gluten daily, perhaps once a week, and these tablets have really opened up my food world again. I would recommend taking two instead of one, just before you eat. No more rushing to the toilet after I’ve been ‘glutened’ !!

NOT A CURE ALL BUT DECENT PRODUCT
I am on a gluten free diet due to IBS/Stomach issues. I was incredibly skeptical of these pills at first, however have found that they have enabled me to be able to comfortably eat SMALL portions of gluten e.g. the occasional sweet treat when there are no GF options/on very special occasions. I have found that having a pill before eating gluten is most effective (rather than after). Only times they have not worked is when eating a large amount of gluten such as a pizza/bowl of pasta with a non-GF dessert. Obviously, would not suit anyone that is coeliac but is great for the odd GF treat.

Helps digestive issues, nothing else
I tried this product hopeful that it might help me to eat gluten again. To be fair, I didn’t have any digestive problems: no bloating or other symptoms - but! I still had all of the inflammatory response that I’d normally have from gluten: headache, pain, etc. I suspect that if your only reaction to gluten is a bit of bloating, this will probably help. Don’t bother if your have more of a reaction than that, though… it won’t be worth it.
