Northside Men's Monroe Low Hiking Shoe

I've purchased these shoes before at a Shoe Store. The shoe is very high quality and long lasting. I've worn them everyday for over 2 years and they are still like new. When I saw them on Amazon, I was eager to buy another pair. They were exactly like the previous pair. Nice look at a great price. DW, Irvine, CA

I have owned two pairs of these. The first wore out relatively quickly as the rubber cleats, which are really just hollow plastic, are not made to last. I still can use this first pair but for yard work only. The second pair seems better made. The cleats are still hollow but seem thicker. I will say one thing. The internal support of these shoes is marginal at best and your feet and back will hurt if you wear these all day. But at the price, you can get some support inserts and solve that issue while still paying less than half of what most shoes of this type cost. So, a conditional best buy.

They were a little small at 1st, but after suffering & wearing them for a bit they stretched out to be just about right. Also, not much insole whatsoever! Other than that they seem to be pretty solid shoes. ESPECIALLY for the price!👌👍 My advice, get at least 1/2 or 1 size bigger than your actual shoe size, & then be prepared to buy some cheap insoles(Dr. Scholls inserts) from your local Walmart or Dollar Store to better pad your soles/bottoms of your feet!👍

Sole in right shoe ripped after 3 months, a nice big long gash. Was expecting a bit more time before they broke! Comfortable enough until then but too poor quality to recommend.

I Bought these for my brother. He says they are comfortable and they seem to be good quality.

I ordered an 11.5 D and I should have ordered a 12 D because the toe box area is a little more pointed and not as round as it appeared in the picture. Between using my old wood shoe stretchers and bending and flexing them it took me about 2 months to break them in. Right now they fit fairly well and are comfortable. I probably should have returned them but chose not to.

These shoes are okay. After 4 months of daily wearing for construction work around the house and walking dogs, the right side by the little toe of the right shoe has a hole in the materials. To replace the laces that came with the shoes, which are too long and too elastic, I had to file the insides of the top four metal clasps because they tore the replacement laces I purchased, link below. I will probably purchase another pair once these are no longer wearable. I've decided to try the shoe in the link below to see if they last more than 6 months.
