The first pair I bought of these came from Home Depot was 23 years ago. I paid just about as much for them then as I paid from the purchase at Amazon, they are wonderful.

I've had this type of shower head for years. I ruined my last one by soaking in vinegar. Whole thing fell apart. Ha ha. So bought a new one. Love the rain affect.

Love this shower head! I have very low water pressure that can barely rinse shampoo out of my hair. Installed this shower head and it made a huge difference! Also like the flexibility of the hose. It allowed me to fix the head to come down straight from the middle of my shower. Easy to install with no leaks. No tools required

I wanted a shower head which would bring the water out toward the middle of the shower. This did that pretty well, I just wish I could get it to bend a little bit more, so the water comes straight down instead of down and a bit toward the wall. Better than the typical shower head style.

This is the third Waterpik FlexNeck I have owned. I purchased my first one around 16 years ago and used it for 5-6 years before I moved. I purchased another one for my new place and used it for 9-10 years until I moved again. They were both easy to install and never leaked. I did use a small amount of Teflon thread tape on both though. I just purchased a third one last month for my new apartment. My local big box home improvement stores didn’t have this particular item, so I ordered from Amazon. It arrived in two days with Amazon Prime but was packaged rather poorly. The box was too large for the item and there was no bubble wrap or cushioning to protect the Waterpik. It didn’t appear damaged, so I cut opened the plastic and installed it. There is some type of screen filter inside the shower neck which also serves as a water flow restrictor. I removed it using needle nose pliers and turning it counterclockwise. I am 6’ 2” and this shower head works wonderfully for me. The tubing material appears to be slightly thinner than the first two I’ve owned. If get 4-5 years use out of this I’ll be satisfied. It’s definitely worth the price.

BEST SHOWER HEAD EVER IN THE HISTORY OF SHOWER HEADS IN THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD. I’ve bought six of these. Literally have been in use for around 20 years. I have never had one go bad. Gave them away, left them in sold houses, replaced a shiny chrome one with a white one, had one covered in pink junk that was next to impossible to remove because of horrible water, but not one has ever stopped working. Not one has ever leaked. Not one has ever drooped. Not one has ever clogged. If this shower head was over $100, it would be worth the price. The actual price is just stupid good. The hardest part of the installation was getting the old shower head off. Installing this one took no more than 3 minutes. No tape. The gooseneck is the best idea. I’m 5’ 2”. I like to walk under a shower, not have it smack me in the face. Nor do I want to install couplers, extensions, or whatever to achieve that extended, level effect. The amount of water and strength is perfect. Many rainfall shower heads are exactly that - like standing in rain and it takes forever to get shampoo rinsed out. I just can’t think of a single improvement - maybe brushed finish.

I love this freakin' shower head. I'm on my fourth just due to moving multiple times. I bought two of these for my first apartment that had two bathrooms, then another when I moved into a new place, and now I'm getting my fourth. It's really easy to install. The water pressure is great. The full setting with a rain style is calm and I end up staying in the shower too long due to the relaxing quality of it. The center spray setting is great for washing your hair, and especially great when you need to clear out your razor. Sorry if that's a bit on the TMI side, but seriously, if you're a woman you know what I'm talking about. I've never had a problem with any of these. The different settings worked perfectly and the button never got stuck or anything. I will just keep buying these forever and the tenant after me will be stoked to have such a great shower head. p.s. when I moved here and got to my current place the first thing I did was check out the bathroom for the shower head. Turned out my new roommate had this exact one! We both laughed out loud at the coincidence.

I replaced my existing rain fall shower head. This one was much easier to install and works great. Happy with my purchase.

Super product. 2nd one I purchased. Really cuts water consumption and still provides a fulfilling shower. Wow, that sounds hoaky…lol! But it really is good!
