Ever since I started taking these, I haven't had to rub my eyes at all. And it was only when I stopped taking these that I realised just how much I used to rub and scratch my eyes habitually since I was a kid (I thought rubbing itchy eyes was normal). I tried a different brand of Beta Carotene and my eyes would get dry and itchy and then I'd start rubbing and scratching them again. Went back to this brand and my eyes are back to being good and I haven't had to use eye drops or anything since. I didn't even know it was good for that!!! This was just a pleasant surprise and proof of the effectiveness of this product and brand, for me. Definitely 5*

I brought this product hoping it would help me tan darker and faster and although it hasn’t done that I notice when I get a tan it lasts a lot longer than it used to before I started taking this tablets, I take one a day and will continue doing so into winter to see how long my current tan lasts

Seen a difference after 2 weeks on sunbed great value for money take a few weeks before you go holiday 😀

These do work after about 3wks i saw a diffrence , the tan is more intense if u go in the sun or use the sunbed, im on my 3rd bottle

I bought these as an experiment as I'm a difficult tanner. Actually I don't yan. Even using sunbeds and then going to Greece I just go red and then back to pale skin. Nothing happened for first month even after upping the standup sessions to 12 mins. Then all of a sudden I've got quite a good tan and people are commenting on how nice a tan I have. I go to Greece again this summer so I ought to be looking better this time!

The body needs around 12-24 mg of beta carotene to form 1 mg of vitamin A, so if you have a blood test-verified deficiency of vitamin A, these may not be your best bet. However, for those looking to maintain healthy levels of A, this is a good choice. Vitamin A is toxic at high doses and many supplements on here have far too much vitamin A. More than 10,000 mcg a day are considered toxic, but even long-term ingestion of a bit less can add up because the half life of A is 12 days. That means vit A is stored by the body for quite a long time. With the beta carotene there's a little less danger of overdosing on A. I don't even take these daily, but only every second or third day. They're nice and small and have no flavour.

My vision is being tested next month after using for almost six months. I'll have a better idea of there's any difference then. In the past, my eye site improved to 20/15. And I didn't need new glasses. So maybe it will again and I won't need the same prescription as now. Since I started wearing glasses again. Strangely following not juicing carrots regularly. Could be a coincidence. But maybe not. As far as why I'm taking this Beta Carotene brand ... Upon reviewing my nutrition noticed I was lacking enough of this vitamin. I've bought a juicer, as well. But wanted to get consistent consumption. Upon research, a variety of products picked this. To include in the few additions to my overall nutrient plan. Dr. Andrew Weil’s book 8 Weeks to Optimum Health is a book I review periodically since its release. This year noticed a few areas of my superfood wheat grass by Amazin Grass variety 64 oz morning filter water punch I make with a few varieties of flavors with different nutrition missed enough of a few vitamins I needed to include a few specific supplements. My reason for picking this product over others was purely based on research and recommendation. My hope is it helps with vision stability and skin, and overall health. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💯

Es un buen producto, éstos laboratorios me gustan mucho, y suelo notar el efecto de sus productos a corto plazo. El betacaroteno de éstas capsulas procede de algas marinas, te da un tono dorado muy bonito en la piel y la protege bastante de las quemaduras solares, lo tengo comprobado, aunque yo NO soy de piel muy blanca, no es que pueda substituir la crema de protección solar pero yo he notado más margen a la hora de empezar a enrojecerme por el sol; El bronceado que consigo es mucho más bonito sin llegar a ser el naranja que te deja el betacaroteno que està hecho de zanahoria. Ideal tomarlo tres meses antes de la época estival y no dejarlo hasta septiembre, si lo que pretendes es este efecto al tomar betacaroteno. Piel más protegida, bronceado muy bonito , mucho más rápido y duradero pero, OJO!!, NO prescindir por ello de la crema de protección solar.
