LGB Scale Track Cleaning Block

Worked surprisingly well. Like sandpaper but without damaging the track. 3-5 swipes cleared away oxidation on 40+ year old tracks. The tracks were nearly completely non-functional but once cleaned with this block they worked like new. I was able to also clean off the contact wheels on the engines as well with the edges of the block. There was also a nice compartment to store small parts which was a pleasant surprise. I had tried various solvents and other online suggestions to clean tracks but this was the only one that clearly worked. Highly recommend this if you are having any contact problems.

This is a good track cleaning tool. I have an outdoor brass rail layout. This cleaning block helps with the tough spots that my track cleaning car has trouble with. It is a little bit over priced on Amazon, but if I had to buy 2 gallons of gas and pay tax to buy it locally, I would have spent much more.

This track cleaner is best, simply run it along track surface to remove tarnish and you get power to the wheels and engine.

This cleaned some 30 year old brass track i have. Some of this track use to be outside but this block made the top shine again. This also helped the pick ups on the dirty track
