Snakebite Professional MIDI (5 pin DIN) Cable with right angled connectors

Used this on a Behringer K-2 Mk II synth, as the MIDI out socket is in the middle of the top panel and it's annoying having a regular MIDI cable sticking out. Good solid connection with the synth and MIDI keyboard and worked as expected. Not a braided cable and a bit thin but, for the money, it's useable, especially in a studio / home setting.

Arrived promptly, plugged in & used straight away - literally true. Needed to extend midi links on my pedalboard to incorporate a new eq box and the links run under the board, hence the 90 degree connectors.

Look. To be as expected.. Not used yet.

All good, but beware the pin alignment might not suit your needs. I’m connecting devices which need the midi cable to point upwards at both ends, which is why I chose these but other cables point different ways. The product photos show the pin alignment so compare that with your devices before buying. Had no problems with it over the couple of months its been installed, though the one I got isn't quite built straight.

Really difficult to insert into sockets, tried 6 different pieces of equipment. Finally succeeded but it was frustrating. Loved the right angle aspect but would probably give these a miss next time. It wasn't just this particular cable, the other Snakebite cable was just the same.

The right angle connectors are useful for front facing midi connections like on the behringer synths. These look sturdy and well made.

Value is good, these look like a good reliable product

Beware cable faces up not down when plugged into a standard midi socket
