I have used this toilet paper shelf for a year now and it has been a nice addition to my 1/2 bath. I have a diffuser on mine like the picture. I recommend a small short bottled diffuser for stability. You can lay your phone on the other side of the shelf. The tp holder holds Cottonelle tissues snuggly. I am happy with its design and function.
