Do they contain sulfites?

No sulfites- the only ingredients listed on the package are organic dried apricots and water. Good question since dried apricots from other companies often contain sulfites.

Does the bag of apricots need to be refrigerated after opening?

I did put it in the fridge but I no longer have the bag so don't remember whether it said to do that or not. A lot of these were overripe and I had to throw quite a few out. just fyi.
