I have had some of this type of chocolate for two years, still in perfect condition. It was priced reasonably, so I bought it.

This chocolate came quickly. It is a heavy bar and was broken inside the wrapper. You have to break it up anyway, so I don’t care about that. The chocolate was perfect. I usually break it in pieces and then vacuum pack it until I need it. I have had some of this type of chocolate for two years, still in perfect condition. It was priced reasonably, so I bought it.

Next best after Valhrona
Valhrona is expensive, so Callebaut is my best option, I make bonbons out of this chocolate, my family loves it!

The product itself was shipped fine and would be okay to use. However, I placed an order October 25, 2023 and received a product that has an expiration date of October 16, 2023
