i am NO expert by any means..but my personal opinion, : I would guess that this would not add volume..in fact most deep conditioners actually weigh your hair down..You need a thickening volumizer....perhaps a mousse type product would be better for you..only my opinion.I AM NOT AN EXPERT OR PROFESSIONAL , JUST SPENT A LOT OF $$ ON HAIR CARE!

to get best result before you come out from shower use 2 to 3 pump spay on your hair and distribute evenly and slightly rinse off bout 10-20% and tower dry.You may use daily basis or every other day as you desireFor normal hair I recommend once a 2 to 3 days Thanks and hope this help

No heat protectant since you have to leave 20% of the prodcut still in your hair
