Taste the Fantastic
This stuff is truly delicious. 100% pistachio, it is loaded with healthy nut oils and must be stirred like natural peanut butter. The real deal, from Italy !!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! The gelato had a very strong grassy flavor with no pistachio taste. I ended up throwing away about $45 worth. I wouldn't eat it myself, much less serve it to others.

This is the best of the pistachio pastes on the market. Makes better gelato for sure and is bursting with flavor.

Used to make ice cream
I used a full jar to make pistachio ice cream. I used America’s Test Kitchen vanilla ice cream recipe and a cuisinart frozen canister ice cream maker. Added 1/2 cup chopped pistachios to the ice cream just before it was finished churning. Turned out great. Soft serve consistency at 20 minutes churning. Then into the freezer to harden up for scoop style ice cream.

It was fantastic! I think there's a translation error on the label - the ingredients says '100 % pistachio' (which it sure seems to be). and then below that it says something about soy and other nuts - I think that is actually supposed to be one of those allergy warning labels about it being produced in a facility that also manufactures other things. I thought this product was great and I'm buying more!

Acquistata per realizzare un buon gelato artigianale al pistacchio, dopo una brutta esperienza con una pasta acquistata sempre qui su Amazon (e che acquistavo anche gli anni passati) ma che ultimamente è peggiorata in modo drastico. Questa, seppur un po' più costosa, mi ha soddisfatto come sapore e consistenza, è una pasta dal buon rapporto qualità-prezzo (vedendo quanto costa in media una buona pasta pura). Ordinati 2 vasetti, uno è arrivato con la chiusura difettata e dunque un po' di prodotto era fuoriuscito. Servizio clienti Amazon ottimo come sempre, mi ha rimborsato il vasetto immediatamente. L'acquisterò sicuramente ancora in futuro
