Very good product but very thick to apply but don't be put off a good product for leaky areas

Used this product for the roof of my bay window after rain got through to my bedroom. Hasn't rained in since doing it so has done its job. Was very easy to use and has proved it's waterproof after a heavy downpour .

Used this to repair flashing on my conservatory roof , initially I painted surface then stuck some Fibreglass Mesh Tape on wet cromapol then painted again and left to dry added a second coat and a bit more build up following day, grey colour blended in well with existing flashing which was useful as I could only reach part of the flashing from open windows , fairly easy to apply , budget on throwing brushes away after use as too messy to clean , hands can be cleaned with white spirit , conservatory is now dry and I’m pleased pleased with outcome

Used once for flat roof quite thin when goes on . Need do another coat this summer. Good product I think

This product helped me reduce my cost & sealed my bay roof. It was highly recommended by a you-tube fix my roof video. I would definetly use this- it only takes a quick scrub first then simply paste with a brush. I would advise to use a flash tape before with adhesive first for extra strength. No leaks seen or damp occured- Brilliant! Hope this helps others Any further questions will always be honoured
