The product turned out to be very good and it is 100% original and it has no side effects and it is great to use it is amazing and unique and you will get a lot of relief from its use.

Early review-Works!
This is my 2nd day of use. I have used L-Theanine previously (on and off) from a different brand. This is my first experience with Nutricost. All the classic effects of L-theanine are felt within 1 hour. Beautiful, bliss, calm, empathetic, focus. Great for spending time with loved one. Great for building relations. L-theanine is a beautiful molecule. But from my previous experience, the effects stop after a few days due to tolerance buildup. Have to wait and see. I will update after some days.

Goodstuff, actually works
Body absorbs it with water so drink plenty of water with it, no added caffeine so best taken with coffee. Improves my meditation as well, when taken before that

Works really well.
Straight to the point-It worked well for me! The very first day I took it with coffee after morning breakfast. The 'calm focus' I expected from L-Theanine was evident. The only minor inconvenience I had was that it made my dreams so vivid that it shook me out of sleep and disrupted the continous sleep cycle; however it was only a problem the first day as my sleep went well from day 2 onwards.

Ich merke, wie ich ruhiger und gelassener werde, ohne an Leistungsfähigkeit einzubüßen. Das ist gerade bei hektischen Tagen eine echte Hilfe. Honnêtement ça a changé mon quotidien instantanément, je suis de nature tendu de base. La non seulement il y’a détente corporelle, mentale et il facilite le sommeil. Pris à la base pour atténuer les symptômes d’une pathologie chronique, je ne pense pas pouvoir m’en passer. Et surtout aucune lourdeur ou sédation, au contraire on se sent juste posé et serein. Je ne peux que recommander!
