Q: will this hold only round bottles? What about toilet bowl cleaner...I don't know of any that come in a round bottle.

I transfer my household cleaners in to round bottles that I also bought from amazon. I like uniformity. Lol, I’m strange I know!

Q: Does this caddy have sections to keep stuff from moving around? Like if I wanted to keep horse grooming supplies in it?

My ruler says 3.75 inches each. It's the largest cup-holder diameter I've been able to find on Amazon.

This DOES NOT hold 32 oz. (quart) Ball Kerr Mason jars! Pints (16 oz.) or the tall Pint-and-a-half (24 oz.) do fit, but not snugly; they would shift and bump each other.
