Works great! Handles two headsets nicely Very small (a good thing)
I purchased this specifically to use on a stand-mounted TV in my basement gym. I needed it to send to two Bluetooth headsets simultaneously.I plug this into the headphone port of the TV and that's pretty much it.Size:It's the size of a matchbook so it's very easy to tape/Velcro in place. And the size would make it easily attachable to any mobile device I would think.Setup:Pairing was simple and quick. The instructions describe a special step for pairing the 2nd headset, but I didn't discover that step until later so I just repeated the process I used for headset #1.....and it worked fine.Usage:I've only had this for a couple of days, but its perfect so far. I've never lost the pairing, volume levels are good, range is more than adequate for my need (I've tested to about 25ft with no problem, but in use I will never be more than maybe 12-15 ft)Battery life: I don't know about the battery life because I have it set up to be always plugged into the USB charger.Update 2/26- Well Bummer, it does not work while plugged into charger. Not a huge deal but I was hoping to just keep it connected and not have to deal with plugging and unplugging it (I generally HATE rechargeable stuff). So I'll post back on battery life.Headphones Used:These are the headphones I am using.ARCTIC Sound ORACO-ERM28-GBA01 Headphones P311 (Black and Gray)

works perfect w/dual sync'd sound + your other option
tested this and the monoprice unit.pc output to two lg730 bluetooth headsets (get these...amazing performance/value)sound was perfectly syncd to two bluetooth units.easy/clean pair/connection.kokkia had slightly better sound, but cost 3x monoprice unit.if that matters, buy this one, but monoprice worked fine for $20 as well.

$59.99 Down The Drain!
Item worked great after I figured out how to pair it, but after about 6 uses the wires got a short in them, and no longer worked. I contacted KOKKIA to try and get a repair or replacement, but they have not returned my email/inquiry. Disappointed that this company who state they are all about customer service and satisfaction, don't seem to have any follow through. As other reviewers have indicated, I cannot recommend this product first because of the product, and secondly because of there lack of customer service.

Good transmitter, but opt instead for a Bluetooth 4
Good transmitter, but opt instead for a Bluetooth 4.0 transmitter for better range and multiple pairingsMy goal was simple: wireless audio from TV to bluetooth speaker or 2 headsets, so wife and I can watch a movie together on TV while the babies are sleeping. Open floor plan house with 2-floor family room is nice visually, but horrible aurally for keeping noise down. Subtitles are helpful, but sound is still crucial.I've tried many bluetooth audio transmitters:- Monoprice 109722 Bluetooth Transmitter and Splitter - Other Bluetooth - Retail Packaging I bought 2 of these to use with a 3.5mm audio splitter, but having 2 side-by-side interfered with each other, causing sound to cut in and out. Just using one at distances over 10' caused sound to also cut in and out.- KOKKIA A10m MULTI-STREAM 3.5mm Universal EDR Bluetooth Stereo Transmitter/Splitter This had the best potential since it can stream audio simultaneously to 2 bluetooth devices, but maintaining both connections was very hit-or-miss, and caused audio sync issues (sound was behind video). 1 of the 2 headsets simultaneously connected also had much lower volume than the other, although that can be compensated by boosting volume on that particular headset.- GOgroove BlueSense TRM Wireless A2DP Bluetooth Transmitter Audio sync issues.- ClearSounds QLink Stereo TV Transmitter / Bluetooth Dongle Audio sync issues.+ Miccus Mini-jack TX4: Wireless Bluetooth 4.0 Music Transmitter Featuring APT-X Low Latency Codec, Supports Two Connections at Once FINALLY, a device that transmits sound perfectly (maybe a split-second audio delay from video, but barely noticeable) at a distance of 20 FEET from bedroom TV to the bluetooth speaker on our bed. There's also no interference from our Motorola RF baby monitor, which many of the other bluetooth transmitters seemed to suffer from. I'm so happy with this transmitter, I've purchased a second one for use in the family room. For reference, the bluetooth receivers I use are:Logitech Mobile Boombox Bluetooth2 Motorola S805 bluetooth headphones (old)2 LG Tone+ Bluetooth Headsets

Connects, but not properly
I have two bluetooth speakers and I wanted to use both at the same time so that is why I bought this device. I found that the volume was diminished severely on both speakers compared to being attached to only one device. Also, this is my biggest beef, the audio comes out of each of the speakers are out of sync. One speaker is at least 3 seconds ahead of the other which sounds terrible at a a party.

Works great with bluetooth headsets.
Pairing the two headsets to this transmitters was quite easy. Just turn off the first headset before you try to pair the second and there won't be a problem. Nice setup and compact. Wish there was a way to keep the transmitter charged because I like to keep it behind the TV and need to move the TV to unplug it, charge it and re-plug it.

Only game in town.
Does exactly what it says it does. Multistreams a Bluetooth transmission to 2 receivers simultaneously. I haven't found any competitors, so if anybody knows of them, send a note. Two downsides. First the small, seemingly weak, stereo plug wire. No problems yet, but if this thing is gonna break, it will be there.Second, a quick perusal of the manufacturers website leads one to believe that this unit is being pushed to the side for more iDevice products. I hope I'm wrong there.

Somit ein weiteres Kabel, was man mitschleppen muss.Fazit: nicht zu empfehlen!
