Worked perfectly, got the crap screws supplied with my shelf out and replaced them with better quality ones.

I'd been trying to remove a broken UPVC window handle to replace it with a new one, but one of the screw heads holding it in was badly rounded. I'd tried every different Phillips screwdriver in the house, and nothing would get a grip on it, and I probably made it worse in the process. Even a professional window repair man couldn't get the screw out. So I had low hopes for this product, but thought it worth a try. Amazingly it removed the screw in no time. The first bit I tried didn't work, but tried a larger one, and it came out straight away. I guess it can never be guaranteed to work, but for the price, it's definitely worth a try.

Useless. The drill bits are too blunt to really do any work, so you'll need to use your own bits. The extractors are too blunt to grip and engage. Buy left-hand drill bits and use them.

Brilliant product, I was a little bit unsure as to whether or not this was going to work but the troublesome screw i needed to remove from a upvc door was easily removed in less than a minute...highly recommended and really easy to use.

I honestly don't know about this. It all looks fine, definitely not plastic as suggested by other reviewers on here and feels pretty decent quality. Maybe i am using it incorrectly or it's not designed to do what i am using it for. But i just cannot get it to work.

Immensely surprised it worked, I managed to get two sheared off bolts out using this set. Make sure to use WD40 before attempting to remove any bolts and would I highly recommend having a set of metal drill bits as this speeds up the process. I wish these bits were slightly shorter so they would fit fully in an extension bit.

Despite studying the method for use, online, and following it precisely I was unable to remove the damaged screws from their ceramic tile bed and finally resorted to drilling them out!
